【摘要】 通过对不同保存方式下保存2~4年的同株青杄花粉生活力测定,结果表明:室温保存的青杄花粉效果较差,2年后花粉活力只有11.5%;低温保存条件下,随着保存时间的延长,花粉的生活力虽有下降,但不太明显,在4℃下和-20℃下保存青杄2年后,其生活力仍然在78%和80%左右,-20℃下保存的青杄花粉生活力较4℃稍强。因此,在-20℃条件下较长时间保存云杉花粉效果更为理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to measuring the vitality of pollen of Picea wilsonii from the same tree protected for 2～4 years under different methods,the results show that the vitality of pollen of Picea wilsonii is only 11.5% after two years stored at room temperature.Under the condition stored at low temperature,the vitality of pollen decrease with the prolongation of protecting time.After protecting pollen of Picea wilsonii at 4℃ and-20℃ for two years,the vitality of pollen can still keep 78% and 80%,with the vitality of pollen protected at-20℃ be stronger than that one at 4℃.So,to protect pollen of Picea wilsonii at-20℃ for longer time can reach the ideal effect.更多还原
