温度对3种驼绒藜属植物呼吸代谢的影响

【摘要】 利用多池差示扫描量热仪(CSC4100)分别在10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃温度下对驼绒藜属3个种6个生态型驼绒藜进行呼吸速率(R co2)和新陈代谢过程的热量散失率(Rq)测定,研究驼绒藜在不同温度下的特殊生长速率,预测适合生长的温度范围和最适生长温度值。研究结果表明:华北驼绒藜生长温度范围为11~32℃,适宜生长温度为21℃;华北驼绒藜(科尔沁生态型)生长温度范围为5~33℃,适宜生长温度为17℃;驼绒藜(宁夏生态型)生长温度范围为11~35℃,适宜生长温度为21℃;驼绒藜(新疆生态型)生长温度范围为8~37℃,适宜生长温度为25℃;驼绒藜(新疆荒漠生态型)生长温度范围为16~38℃,适宜生长温度为30℃;心叶驼绒藜生长温度范围为9~40℃,适宜生长温度为28℃。

【Abstract】 Metabolic heat(Rq) and respiratory rates(Rco2) of three varieties(six ecotypes) of Ceratoides(Tourn.) Gegnebin were determined by CSC4100 at 5℃ intervals from 10℃ to 40℃.They were used to study specific growth rates under different temperatures and to predict adaptation growth temperature scopes and optimal growth temperatures.The result is that adaptation growth temperature scope of Ceratoides arborescens is 11~32℃,optimal growth temperature is 21℃.Adaptation growth temperature scope of Ceratoides arborescens(keerqin ecotype) is 5~33℃,optimal growth temperature is 17℃.Adaptation growth temperature scope of Ceratoides latens(ningxia ecotype) is 11~35℃,optimal growth temperature is 21℃.Adaptation growth temperature scope of Ceratoides latens(xinjiang ecotype) is 8~37℃,optimal growth temperature is 25℃.Adaptation growth temperature scope of Ceratoides lateens(xinjiang-desert ecotype) is 16~38℃,optimal temperature is 30℃.Adaptation growth temperature scope of Ceratoides ewersmanniana is 9~40℃,optimal growth temperature is 28℃.
