我国退耕还林政策存在的问题及其建议
Existed Problems and Suggestions on the Policy of Returning Cultivated Land to Forest Land in China
【摘要】 我国退耕还林政策是为了保护生态环境而提出的,但该政策本身以及在实施过程中存在着一些问题。文章主要针对退耕还林政策存在的问题,提出一些可行性的建议和对策。
【Abstract】 That the policy of returning cultivated land to forest land in China was put forward to protect the ecological environment,But there were some problems in the policy itself and the processes of implementing policy.Some feasible!suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.
