膨润土为原料微波辐射法合成高稳定性介孔分子筛
Microwave Radiation Synthesis of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve with High Stability Using Natural Clay as Raw Material
【摘要】 在碱性条件下,以硅酸钠、氯化铝和膨润土为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,用微波辐射法合成高稳定性的介孔分子筛.经XRD、FT-IR、氮气物理吸附、差热分析和TEM等手段进行表征,结果表明可合成出高有序性、具有典型六方介孔结构的介孔分子筛.样品经550,℃焙烧3,h后,比表面积为576,m2/g,平均孔径为4.83,nm,经750,℃焙烧3,h或在100,℃下水热处理12,d后仍具有较好的介孔有序性.
【Abstract】 Mesoporous molecular sieve with high stability was synthesized by microwave radiation method using natural clay,sodium silicate and aluminium chloride as raw materials and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)as a tem- plate agent under alkaline condition.The samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier trans- form-infrared(FT-IR),N2 physical adsorption,thermal gravimetric-differential scanning calorimeter(TG-DSC)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),respectively. The results show that the synthesized sample has a typical hex- agonal mesoporous structure with a good mesoporous ordering. On the other hand,the synthesized sample has a surface area of 576,m2/g and an average pore size of 4.83,nm after calcination at 550,℃ for 3 h. Furthermore,the sample still has a good mesoporous ordering after calcination at 750,℃ for 3 h or hydrothermal treatment at 100,℃ for 12,d.
