【摘要】 对呼和浩特市地区某牛场105头围产期奶牛,采用紫外可见分光光度法进行了血中葡萄糖、谷草转氨酶、游离脂肪酸、胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、甘油三酯、胆固醇、碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白、白蛋白和尿素氮含量的测定,采用梯度稀释法对乳中酮体进行检测。实验结果表明:脂肪肝的发病率为41.9%,酮病的发病率为18.1%,患隐性脂肪肝奶牛占整个患脂肪肝奶牛的24.4%,围产期患酮病奶牛都有不同程度的肝细胞脂肪浸润。脂肪肝病牛葡萄糖含量极显著低于正常值(p<0.01),谷草转氨酶和游离脂肪酸含量极显著高于正常值(p<0.01),血清中胆红素、谷丙转氨酶和甘油三酯的含量极显著高于正常值(p<0.01),胆固醇、碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白和白蛋白的含量极显著低于正常值(p<0.01),而尿素氮差异不显著。酮病奶牛血中葡萄糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、胆固醇和碱性磷酸酶的含量极显著低于正常值(p<0.01),谷草转氨酶、游离脂肪酸、谷丙转氨酶、胆红素和甘油三酯的含量极显著高于正常值(p<0.01),而尿素氮差异不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment selected 105 cows during perinatal period in huhhot region.The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of glucose,glutamic-oxal(o) acetic transaminase(GOT),free fatty acid(FFA),bilirubin,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol,alkaline phosphatase(AKP),total protein,albumin,urea nitrogen(BUN) in blood of normal or off-normal cows.In order to find a agent of rapidly detecting ketosis,the gradient dilution method was used to detect ketone body in milk.The conclusion is the incidence of fat liver is 41.9%,the incidence of ketosis is 18.1%,the ratio of the amount of cows suffering from negative fat liver to total amount of cows suffering fat liver is 24.4%.The result also exhibits there are more or less the liver cells in fat of cows suffering from ketosis during perinatal period,but it is not sure that there is ketone body in blood of cows suffering from fat liver disease.The result exhibits the content of glucose in blood of cows suffering from fat liver is significantly lower than the content of glucose in blood of normal cows(p<0.01).The content of GOT,FFA,bilirubin,GPT and TG in blood of cows suffering from fat liver is significantly higher than those content in blood of control cows(p<0.01).The content of cholesterol,AKP,total protein and albumin in blood of cows suffering from fat liver is significantly lower than those content in blood of control cows(p<0.01),but the content of BUN of cows suffering from fat liver did not significantly change.The content of glucose,total protein,albumin,cholesterol and AKP in blood of cows suffering from ketosis is significantly lower than those content in blood of control cows(p<0.01).The content of GOT,FFA,GPT,bilirubin and TG in blood of cows suffering from ketosis is significantly higher than those content in blood of control cows(p<0.01)更多还原
