【摘要】 本文针对9R-40型揉碎机抛送段工作中易出现排料堵塞现象,进行揉碎机抛送段的性能分析,并结合工作特点、物料本身的物理特征进行分析与研究。通过分析提出改进意见,在抛送段入口处加环形挡板、改变抛送叶片安装角从而提高抛送效果,降低转速从而提高度电产量,为以后揉碎机的设计与生产提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,Aim at the problems of stock cutting and loading in the material process of the Tearing Chopper,according to it is analysis and research to the delivery of Tearing Chopper-throwing part of the performance,and throwing characteristics of the work itself and the characteristics of materials.On this basis,put forward improvement,add Shape of annular plate on the throwing delivers the section entrance,change installation angle of Throws delivers leaf blade thus enhances throws delivers the effect,reduces the rotational speed for improvement output which consume the electricity energy.it provided theoretical basis for tearing chopper design and studying.更多还原
