玉米芽苗期抗旱性鉴定指标的选取
SELECTION OF THE DROUGHT RESISTANCE INDEXES IN MAIZE SEEDLING EMERGENCESTAGE
【摘要】 利用10个玉米自交系及其组配的24个杂交种为试验材料,通过测定芽苗期干旱胁迫处理下的相对发芽率、根相对生长量、种子萌发抗旱指数、叶片相对含水量、幼苗干旱存活率,苗期株高等12项指标,并运用灰色关联度、杂种优势及亲子相关分析方法对玉米芽苗期抗旱性鉴定指标进行评价和筛选。结果表明:种子萌发耐旱指数、幼苗干旱存活率可定义为玉米芽苗期抗旱性鉴定的初级指标;根相对生长量、相对含水量、苗期株高和相对发芽率可作为玉米芽苗期抗旱性鉴定的次级指标。
【Abstract】 Utilization of the 10 inbred lines of maize and matching the 24 hybrids as materials.By measuring 12 indicators for the Maize seedling emergencestage under drought stress the relative germination ratio,roots relative growth,Sprout index of drought resisting,leaf relative water content,seedlings drought stress survival rate,seedling plant height and so on.Utilization of the gray correlation,Hybrid heterosis and Parent-offspring correlation analysis of corn shoots and identify the drought resistance indicators for evaluation and selection.The results showed seed Germination index-tolerance,seedling survival rate can be defined as selection of the drought resistance indexes in maize seedling emergencestage resistance of the primary indicators;Root relative growth,relative water content,seedling height and relative germination rate as selection of the drought resistance indexes in maize seedling emergencestage resistance of the secondary indicators.
