几种影响沙芥愈伤组织培养的因素

【摘要】选用沙芥子叶和下胚轴为外植体,探讨了植物激素、苗龄、外植体切取部位及放置方式对沙芥愈伤组织的影响。研究结果表明:苗龄为12d~16d的外植体最佳,形态学上的中、上端子叶和下胚轴平放在B5+6BA1.0 mg.L-1+NAA0.5 mg.L-1培养基上诱导愈伤组织较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 We used the cotyledons and hypocotyls of Pugionium comutum for the explants,and discussed the influence of hormone combinations,ages of seedlings etc on callus of Pugionium comutum.The results showed that 12~16d seedlings were suited to induce callus,the optimum explants was middle and tip of cotyledons and hypocotyls,and they could be induced callus lying on medium B5+6BA1.0 mg·L-1 +NAA0.5 mg·L-1.更多还原
