葵花籽油制备烷醇酰胺表面活性剂的研究

【摘要】 以葵花籽油为原料,采用两步法合成了葵花籽油脂肪酸烷醇酰胺表面活性剂,考察了酰胺化条件对反应的影响。结果表明,酰胺化适宜的条件为:物质的量比(n酯∶n胺)1.0∶1.3,反应时间3.0 h,反应温度130℃,催化剂用量0.9%(葵花籽油脂肪酸甲酯质量的百分率),在该条件下重复实验,烷醇酰胺的收率均大于96%。对酰胺化产物进行了IR分析和性能分析。由性能分析知,本文制得的葵花籽油脂肪酸烷醇酰胺具有较好的乳化力、稳泡性和分散性。

【Abstract】 The alkanolamide surfactant was got from sunflower oil by the two step way.The amidation conditions to reaction were studied.According to the research conclusions,the proper conditions of amidation are that,the ratio of sunflower oil methyl-fatty acids ester to ethanolamine is 1.0:1.3,reaction time is 3.0h,reaction temperature is 130℃,the usage of catalyst is 0.9%(the quantity of sunflower oil methyl-fatty acids ester percent) and the yield of alkanolamide are above 96%.The product of amidation was tested by IR and behaviour analysis.The behaviour analysis showed that sunflower oil fatty acid alkanolamide we got had perfect emulsifying ability、stability and decentrality.
