【Abstract】 Fu Zuoyi was an important historical figure in the chinese history.He was regarded as a famous general in the Anti-Japanese War.In addiction,he assumed the chairman of Suiyuan Province of China for fifteen years,during which,especially in the peaceful times before the Anti-Japanese War,he took various measures to develop agriculture,new industry,communications and education and stabilize finance.In a relatively short period of time,Suiyuan Province took on a new look.He made a great contribution to the economic construction of Suiyuan.更多还原
