安徽省农业贷支差异性的实证分析
The Demonstration on Otherness of Loan and Outgo of Agriculture of Anhui Province
【摘要】 本文分别选取从1998年1月至2004年2月连续74个月的安徽省短期贷款中的农业贷款余额和财政支出中的支农支出数据,利用季节预测法计算出1998年1月至2004年12月的农业贷款余额和支农支出值,将其与实际值比较得出:连续7年时间里,该省的农业贷款余额呈上升趋势,而支农支出却呈下降走势。最后就两者存在的走势差异性提出要切实加大对农业的支持,有必要结合经济增长趋势、消费价格指数等变量综合考虑如何更好地进行支农行为。
【Abstract】 By selecting 74 months’ata of the balance of agro-loan and financing agriculture from January 1998 to February 2004 and using the method of seasonal forecast to estimate the 84 months’ata of them,the paper discovers the loan uptrend and outgoes down during 7 years.At last,it puts forward suggestions of support agriculture in use of the increasing of economy and CPI.
