【Abstract】 The modernization of Longzhou city began soon after the war between China and France in Qing dynasty and opening to the international trade was its major motivation.Guangdong businessmen found the modern market in Longzhou and the local government also took active measures to promote the city construction and development in the consideration of national defense.The investigation on the history of the rise and fall of Longzhou city in modern time contributes to the deeper understanding and reflection of the revolutionary role of international exchange in the regional economic development and transportation.更多还原
