【摘要】 目的:比较腹腔镜阑尾切除术(1aparoscopic appendectomy,LA)与传统剖腹阑尾切除术(open appendectomy,OA)的临床疗效。方法:将74例阑尾炎病例随机分为两组,LA组36例与同期OA组38例,比较两组手术时间、平均住院费用、平均住院时间、切口长度、术后镇痛剂使用率、放引流管率、切口感染发生率、粘连性肠梗阻发生率、术后6h开始下床活动与术后24h内肛门排气例数等临床资料。结果:两组手术时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),LA的平均住院费、平均住院时间、切口长度、术后镇痛剂使用例数、放引流管率、切口感染发生率、粘连性肠梗阻发生率、术后6h开始下床活动例数与术后24h内肛门排气例数与OA比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:LA与OA比较,有手术损伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少等优点,但平均住院费用较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)and open appendectomy(OA)in their dlsadvantage and advantage. Methods: Patients with appendicitis were divided into two group randomly,in one group (n=36),patients were treated with 1aparoscopic appendectomy and in the other group(n=38),patients were treated with open appendectomy.The operation duration、hospital cost、hospitalization duration、incision length、usage of pain killer、drainage placement、incision infection rate and incidence rate of adhesive intestinal obstruction、average time of postoperative gas passing were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in operation duration between the two groups (P>0.05),the index above showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: LA is minimal invasive with quicker recovery 、less complications and shorter hospitalization.Though: higher in expense,the cost effectiveness overall makes it the fimt choice operation to treat appendicitis.更多还原
