【摘要】 目的:探索全面部骨折手术复位的步骤和坚强内固定技术应用方法,以获得较稳定的治疗效果。方法:对25例全面部骨折病例回顾性分析骨折类型、手术复位骨折步骤、坚强内固定技术应用方法和治疗效果的总结研究。结果:稳定的手术复位和坚强内固定技术应用治疗使25例全面部骨折患者功能及外形恢复良好。结论:①按先下颌骨解剖复位固定-再颧骨颧弓解剖复位固定-上下牙列正中位颌间固定-颧颌缝骨折稳定侧解剖复位固定-最后行颧颌骨折缝不稳定侧复位固定方式,有利于确定和恢复面中1/3高度和宽度。②下颌骨及面中部对位不稳定的骨折缝或粉碎性骨折区需使用小型钛板钛钉固定可获得可靠的固位。③手术后颌间弹性牵引制动1周,有利于减轻术区肿胀、防止伤口感染和恢复良好的牙合关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of the research is to obtain stabile therapeutic efficacy of panfacial fractures by studying for the procedure of operative reduction and the applied method of rigid internal fixation.Methods:According to the treatment results of 25 cases panfacial fractures,it gives a retrospective and summary research about the classification of fracture,the procedure of operative reduction,the applied method and therapeutic efficacy of rigid internal fixation.Results:The stabile operative reduction and the application of rigid internal fixation made the function and profile of patients to gain the restitution.Conclusion:①According to as follow resetting and fixing sequence:first,mandible-zygoma-intermaxillary retention-stabile zygomaticomaxillary suture-last,unstabile zygomaticomaxillary suture.This would take advantage of definite and recovering the height of 1/3 midface.②The mandible and the unstabile fracture including comminuted fracture in midface were fixed by mine-plates.All they might obtain reliable retention.③During the postoperative,it must stop mandibular movement a week by intermaxillary elastic traction.This would be in favour of lessening edema,preventing wound infection and recovering biting relation.更多还原
