【Abstract】 Beginning with researches on the innovation and transformation of agricultural science & technology achievements during the Tenth Five-Year Plan,the potential ability of agricultural science & technology innovation of Jiangsu province was investigated in the paper.It was pointed out that improving technological competition of agricultural industry,emphasis should be given to promoting the combination of agricul-tural science & technology innovation and agricultural industry development,strengthening agricultural original innovation,constructing the guarantee mechanism of agricultural science & technology innovation system,perfecting agricultural science & technology talents safeguarding system and agricultural science achievements transform system,promoting the combination of leaping mode and gradual mode of agricultural science & technology innovation,and then realizing agricultural span-development in Jiangsu province.更多还原
