【摘要】 近几年,国家加大了对农村和农业基础性研究的投入,农业高校面临着更多的机遇,农业高校的科研管理工作也面临着更多的挑战,文章分析了农业高校科研管理体制中存在的问题,从加强农业高校科研管理的规范化建设、建立合理的绩效考评体系,促进成果转化的顺利进行等几方面对农业科技管理机制与体制创新方面提出了改进的途径和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the state has increased inputs to rural and agiicultural basic researches. Agricultural colleges and universities are facing more opportunities, but research management in agricultural university is also faced with more challenges. Problems existing in research management system in agricultural university were analyzed in the paper. Suggestions on improving management mechanism and system innovation were put forward, i.e., strengthening standardized construction of research management in agricultural university, establishing a reasonable performance evaluation system, and promoting the transformation of achievements, etc.更多还原
