【摘要】 考虑了有一个制造商和三个供应商组成的单周期按订单组装系统,该制造商生产两种不同类型的相关产品.将该系统的部件库存管理问题表示为两个阶段的非线性随机规划问题,并且证明了总期望收益函数的可分性,以及子期望收益函数的凹性,得到了定购量的报童最优条件.

【Abstract】 A single period assemble-to-order system which consists of a manufacturer and three suppliers is considered in this paper.The manufacturer produces two different types of correlated end products,using a common set of component parts.The inventory management problem for the system is formulated as a two- stage stochastic nonlinear program problem,the decomposition of total expected profit function and the concavi- ty of sub-expected profit function in one variable are proved in this paper.The newsboy optimality condition of order quantities is obtained,and the second stage problem is solved by the component distribution rule given in this paper.
