【Abstract】 The healthy components in Jiannanchun liquor are analyzed comprehensively by the two dimensional-time of flight mass analyzer (GC×GC-TOFMS) and HPLC. The results show that more than 100 kinds of functional components including lovastatin, angelica lactone, ω-3 fatty acids, tetramethylpyrazine and phenolic compounds exist in jiannanchun liquor, which fully explains that moderate drinking high quality Jiannanchun liquor will be benefit to human health.更多还原
