【摘要】 目前,大多数名优茶的加工都是用传统手工杀青和锅式的半机械半人工操作杀青,不能保证名优茶的品质,而且操作不当容易出现大量劣质茶叶和废茶叶,不能形成标准化。为此,运用现代控制技术,通过引入PLC和模糊控制相接合的智能控制设计思想,使整个操控过程实现自动控制。通过这种思想的引入,可以在全部制茶业中实现无人化和标准化生产。更多还原
