谷物流化床干燥器设计

【摘要】 采用流化床干燥技术可使谷物及时干燥到符合贮存的安全水分条件,能提早收获谷物,既保证谷物质量,又减少每年因不能及时干燥而造成的巨大损失。为此,阐述了一种能应用于广大农村地区,特别是南方农村地区的小型谷物流化床干燥机;论述了烘干工艺、工作原理及主要结构;并对干燥器的主要部件布风板进行了初步设计计算。

【Abstract】 The adopt of fluid-bed drying ,which can dry cereal in time, contribute cereal to meet the safety condition of moisture for storage, so we can harvest cereal ahead of time on condition of the guarantee of quality of cereal and the reduction of loss for cereal’s premature drying. This thesis elaborate a kind of small-sized fluid-bed desiccator , which was planned for the drying of cereal in most rural area, especially in rural area of the southern part of China; meanwhile ,drying process ,operation principal and chief structure of this desiccator are also given in this paper ;wind-arrange board,as achief part of desiccator,is preliminarily planned by author。
