【摘要】 通过分析作为国家重要的商品粮基地的东北三省现代农业发展的条件,认为东北三省发展现代农业具有区位、资源、科技、人才和政策优势,但也面临着农业自然风险大、农业生产方式落后、农业基础设施建设薄弱、农产品竞争能力比较低等劣势。农业国际化、国家东北老工业基地振兴战略以及东北亚经济合作将给该地区带来更多的发展机遇和前所未有的挑战。在机遇与挑战并存的条件下,需要设计合理的政策框架促进该地区现代农业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article considers that the northeast three provinces are not only have the position,the resources,science and technology and talented persons and policy superiorities,but also face the inferiorities such as the big agricultural natural risk,agricultural production backwardness,the agriculture infrastructure construction weakness and the low agricultural product competence from analyzing the condition of developing modern agriculture in the northeast three provinces which are the national important commodity grain bases.The agricultural internationalization,promotion strategy of the national northeast old industrial base as well as the Northeast Asia economic cooperation will bring more development opportunities and unprecedented threats to the area.Under the condition that opportunity and challenge coexist,it needs to design the reasonable policy frame to promote modern agricultural development in the area.更多还原
