翻麻脱粒机液压传动系统的设计

【摘要】 翻麻脱粒机是重要的亚麻收获机械之一。该机由拖拉机牵引进行作业,作业动力由拖拉机动力输出轴提供,需传动的部位有14处。采用机械式传动,其传动路线复杂,且不易控制;如采用液压传动,可克服机械式传动的缺点。为此,对翻麻脱粒机液压传动系统进行了设计,选用一个双联齿轮泵和一个齿轮泵作为动力元件,用14个摆线马达作为执行元件,由3个电磁换向阀进行控制,并选择了各液压元件型号。经过田间试验表明,该系统的设计是合理和可行的,能满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 Flax pick-up boller turner is one of necessary mechanization harvesting machine for flax. It is towed by tractor and operates, PTO of tractor provides operating power, and fourteen components of the machine should be driven, if traditional mechanic transmission was adopted, transmission route must be very complex and it is not easily controlled. If hydraulic transmission was adopted, shortage of mechanical transmission should be conquered. Hydraulic transmission system of flax pick-up boller turner is very important part to flax pick-up boller turner. The hydraulic transmission system is designed, a dual articulated gear pump and a gear pump is selected as power components and fourteen cycloid motors as actuator, the system is controlled by three solenoid directional control valves, model of all components are chosen. Design of the system is reasonable and feasible and can meet the requirements of the machine operation by experimenting in field.
