针状气吸式水稻精密播种机的设计与试验
Design and Experimental Study on Rice Precision Needle-like Suction Seeder
【摘要】 以工厂化育秧的农艺要求为背景,设计了针状气吸式精量播种装置,介绍了其工作原理和相关参数。试验结果表明:气针端面角越小,吸附性能越好;空穴率随着气针端面角的减少而降低,但重播率上升,单粒率不一定提高;在气针端面角相同的情况下,尺寸与千粒质量较小的种子播种效果较好。
【Abstract】 According to the demands of agronomic technology for the background of industrialized rice seeding nursery, rice precision needle-like suction seeder was designed. The working principle and the related parameters were introduced. The experimental results showed: the smaller the edge angle of air needles, the better absorbability, with edge angle reducing, the rate of seed empty rate decreased, but the rate of multiple seed increased and the rate of single seed rising was uncertain; the edge angel being equal, the size of the seeds and thousand kernel weight was smaller, the seeding effect was preferable.
