天津市水源地水质污染治理

【摘要】 加强城市水源地保护是目前环境治理工作的重点。于桥水库作为天津市居民的饮用水源地,水质环境逐年恶化,污染源治理迫在眉睫。为此,从分析水质污染概况出发,得出水质参数、指标,确定污染治理重点。同时,结合中美合作项目的开展,实施"村庄综合管理规划(CVMP)"。具体实施中分为两个步骤:中期目标以村庄非点源污染治理为重点,以"沼气示范工程"为核心,开展治理工作,从而使水库周围向水库排放的水体中总磷和总氮负荷至少降低88%;远期目标以跨省、市合作为基础,加强上游污染治理,使水质达到III类标准。

【Abstract】 Strengthening the city headwaters’ protection is the point which the environmental work emphasize on currently. As the headwater for the residents in Tianjin City, Yuqiao reservoir, the water quality is year by year worsen. Accordingly, the control for the pollution source is to be a vital issue. Based on the analysis for the polluted situation and the parameters of the waterhead, this text makes sure the point of the pollution management .On the cooperation between China and America, we can carry out "the comprehensive village management programming (CVMP)", which is concretely divided into two steps in the implement: the middle target is putting an emphasis on the non-point source pollutions of the villages, and taking" the typical biogas engineering" as a core. According to the management, the water body will lower the burden in total phosphorus with total nitrogen 88% at least that the surroundings let into the reservoir. The long-term target is strengthening the management for the upper stream pollution, on the basis of cooperation between different cities and province. At last; make the water quality attain III standard.
