滚筒式牧草烘干机温度检测系统设计
Design of Temperature Measuring System of Rotary Hay Drier
【摘要】 干燥温度是牧草烘干机的重要运行参数。滚筒式牧草烘干机的结构复杂,在干燥过程中,准确测量和控制干燥机机内温度的变化情况,对改进烘干机系统设计、提高烘干机的整体性能显得尤为重要。为此,介绍了基于89C51单片机和高精度热电偶传感器的烘干机温度检测系统的硬件电路、单片机程序及上位机监测软件的设计,以实现对滚筒干燥机温度的准确检测。
【Abstract】 The temperature is the important parameters of rotary hay drier. Because the structure of rotary hay drier are very complex, it is very important to improve the design and performance of hay dryer for the measuring accurately the drying temperature. This paper introduces design of hardware and software of Temperature Measuring System of rotary hay drier based on 89C51 single chip and high precision thermocouple. It can measure the temperature of hay dryer accurately.
