基于农作物秸秆的环境友好材料研究—玉米芯液化优化工艺的试验
Study on the Environmental Safe Materials Based on Crop-straw—Optimization of the Technology for liquefaction of Corn-cob
【摘要】 选取反应时间、反应温度、催化剂量和固液比(玉米芯/液化剂)为主要因素,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计试验方案,建立了玉米芯液化得率的二次回归方程。模型拟合较好,利用Matlab软件确定玉米芯的最优液化工艺。结果表明:各因素对玉米芯液化得率的影响均显著,其影响力大小依次为:固液比>催化剂量>反应温度>反应时间。玉米芯的最优液化工艺为:反应时间50min,反应温度159℃,催化剂量3.61%,固液比20%,液化得率94.64%。
【Abstract】 By means of quadric regression orthogonally rotational combination design, a four-factor (temperature, time, corn-cob content, catalyst content) experiment was conducted. The quadric regression equations of the relationship between temperature, time, corn-cob content, catalyst content and liquefaction rate were established. The model was significantly fit well. The optimum combination was obtained by Matlab methodology. The results indicated that liquefaction rate of corn-cob was affected obviously in successive order by corn-cob content, catalyst content, temperature and time. Considering the high liquefaction rate, the optimum liquefaction conditions for obtaining 94.64% were: 159℃ temperature, 50 min time, 20% corn-cob content, 3.61% catalyst content respectively. The predicted values were also verified.
