苎麻茎秆拉伸力学性能的试验研究
Study on Tensing Mechanical Properties of Ramie Stalk
【摘要】 以苎麻茎秆的木质部、韧皮纤维和茎秆为试验对象,在RGT—10型微机控制电子万能试验机上进行拉伸试验。试验结果表明:"华苎4号"木质部的杨氏弹性模量平均值为177.26N/mm2,最大抗拉强度平均值为32.25N/mm2;韧皮纤维的杨氏弹性模量平均值为1909.08N/mm2,最大抗拉强度平均值为82.51N/mm2;茎秆复合的杨氏弹性模量的平均值为118.88N/mm2。木质部的杨氏弹性模量、最大抗拉强度与韧皮纤维有显著差异;韧皮纤维杨氏弹性模量和最大抗拉强度明显高于木质部;木质部弹性模量与茎秆没有显著差异,茎秆的杨氏弹性模量低于木质部。
【Abstract】 The tensile experiments were conducted for the Xylem ,Bast fibre and stalk of the variety "Hua Ramie –4" , Using the equipment of "RGT—10". The results are as follows: For the variety "Hua Ramie –4",the averages of tensile strength of Xylem are 177.26 N/mm2 and 32.249 N/mm2 , respectively ; for Bast fibre of Ramie stalk ,they are 1909.08 N/mm2 and 82.51N/mm2 , respectively . The average of Yong’s modulus of Ramie stalk is 118.88 N/mm2. The Yong’s modulus and tensile strength has distinct difference between Xylem and Bast fibre , and the values of Bast fibre is larger than Xylem’s. The Yong’s modulus of Xylem doesn’t have distinct difference with Ramie stalk’s, and the former is a little larger than the latter .
