【摘要】 本文从集体行动的逻辑出发,针对我国农民专业合作社实践中的几个问题,分析了合作社制度理想主义和现实主义之间的矛盾和关系。笔者认为集体行动的困境是农民专业合作社发展缓慢的原因;"骨干成员"存在的合作社由于能促成集体行动而发展较快;面临市场环境变化和竞争压力,合作社在实践中运用一定的强制、承认差别以及向成员提供选择性激励等措施来促成集体行动的实现;当前政府对合作社的扶持应转变到完善合作社立法、税收优惠、信贷支持等外部环境和政策支持上来。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the logic of collective action in China’s rural specialized in the practice of several cooperatives,cooperative system of idealism and realism,and the contradiction between the relations.I believe that collective action is the plight of farmers cooperatives professional reasons for the slow development of the "core members" of the existence of cooperatives to be able to promote collective action due to the development of faster facing changes in the market environment and competitive pressures,the use of cooperatives in the practice of certain mandatory,recognition differences and to the members of selective measures such as incentives,to promote the realization of collective action;of the current Government’s support should be translated into cooperatives to improve the cooperative legislation,tax incentives,credit support,and the external environment of policy support.更多还原
