内江地区主要食用菌中铅镉含量的调查与分析

【摘要】 采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定内江地区6种食用菌(姬菇、香菇、金针菇、鸡腿菇、凤尾菇、平菇)及其基质中铅、镉2类重金属的含量.结果表明:铅含量平均为1.98 mg/kg·Dw(干重),镉含量平均为0.37mg/kg·DW;平菇、凤尾菇、鸡腿菇、金针菇、香菇、姬菇铅的平均累集量(mg/kg·DW)依次为2.81,2.13,2.12,1.91,1.36,0.53;香菇、凤尾菇、鸡腿菇、平菇、姬菇、金针菇镉的平均累集量(mg/kg·DW)依次为0.70,0.51,0.45,0.32,0.32,0.15.内江地区食用菌的铅含量大体上是安全的,镉含量低于蔬菜国家标准;食用菌的重金属含量呈现出主城区>远郊区≈近郊区的趋势.食用菌重金属含量的变化系数极大,说明品种、环境条件和栽培技术同时影响重金属在食用菌中的累积.

【Abstract】 Samples of six edible mushroom species(Pholiota maneko,Lentinus edodes,Flammubine Veluti pes(curtex fr.) sing,Coprinus comatus(Fr.)S.F.Gray,P.Pulmonarius and P.Ostreatus) and their culture matrix were collected from differ- ent areas of Neijiang,and two heavy metal(Pb&Cd) contents were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectropho- tometry(GFAAS).Results show that the mean contents of the Pb and Cd were 1.98mg/kg·DW and 0.37mg/kg·DW respective- ly.Heavy metal contents vary substantially with mushroom species,the average heavy metal Pb accumulation (mg/kg·DW) in P.Ostreatus,Fengtail,Coprinus comatus (Fr.) S.F.Gray,Flammubine Veluti pes(curtes fr.)sing,Lentinus edodes,Pholio- ta maneko were 2.81,2.13,2.12,1.91,1.36,0.53 respectively.The mean content of Pb shows they are safe for consump- tion,and a comparision of the mean content of Cd in the edible mushrooms with that of the vegetable national standard also shows it is safe.The average accumulation levels(mg/kg·DW) of Lentinus edodes,Fengtail Coprinus comatus (Fr.) S.F. Gray,P.Ostreatus,Pholiota maneko,and Flammubine Veluti pes(curtes fr.)sing are 0.70,0.51,0.45,0.32,0.32,0.15. Mushroom samples from the urban area tend to have higher heavy metal concentration than those from the nearby or remote sub- urbs,suggesting that heavy metal contents of mushroom might be associated with their growing habitats.Heavy metal concen- tration of mushroom tends to decrease depending on its habitats(in the order of the city proper,the near suburbs,the remote suburbs).What is worth mentioning is that the variation coefficiets of heavy metal concentrations fluctuate drasically,indicating that environment,cultivation practices and varieties of mushroom may determine heavy metal accumulation.
