【Abstract】 Based on the existing course system of theory-oriented and practice-oriented strategic management,this paper brings forward a new practice-oriented system of strategic management which is adaptive to undergraduates’ need.According the corporation lifecycle as the logical essence,the new system probes into strategic problems,analyzes theoretical foundation,and puts forward practical measures,which on the whole form the main body of strategic management——business strategy,corporation strategy and strategy transformation.更多还原
