杨树内生真菌的分离和鉴定
Isolation and identification of endophytic fungi in poplars
【摘要】 采用组织分离法,从3种健康杨树休眠芽、叶痕、树皮、木质组织获得83个真菌菌株,其中部分菌株经形态观察、分类鉴定,归属于2亚门、3目、3科5属6种,分别是链格孢(Alternaria alternata)、细极链格孢(Alternaria tenuissima)、球黑孢(Nigrospora sphaerica)、大刀镰孢(Fusarium culmorum)、球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum)和黑附球菌(Epicoccum purpurascens)。3种杨树(南林351杨(Populus deltoides harvard×P.deltoideslw)、土耳其杨(P.deltoides‘S307-26’)和天演杨(P.euranericana))均是6种真菌在我国的新寄主。
【Abstract】 In a survey of endophytic fungi associated with healthy Populus spp.in Northern Jiangsu and Shandong provinces,83 fungal strains were isolated from dormant buds,leaf scars,bark and ligneous tissues in laboratory.The strains were classified into 6 different species,5 genera,3 families,3 orders through on their morphological characteristics.They were Alternaria alternata,Alternaria tenuissima,Nigrospora sphaerica,Fusarium culmorum,Chaetomium globosum and Epicoccum purpurascens respectively.Three poplars are new hosts of six fungi in China.
