马尾松锯材在热压干燥过程中的传质数学模型
Mathematical models of moisture transfer during press drying of Pinus massoniana lumber
【摘要】 根据菲克第二定律,建立了马尾松锯材在热压干燥过程中传质数学模型。将长×宽×厚为300 mm×100 mm×22 mm的马尾松锯材在温度为100℃、相对湿度约为100%的条件下汽蒸处理3 h,再在温度180℃、压力0.2MPa、呼吸间隔60 s的工艺条件下进行热压干燥验证试验。结果表明:所建传质模型除含水率在纤维饱和点以上时,马尾松锯材的某些测试点实测含水率与模型计算值偏差稍大外,其他情况都能较好地反应热压干燥过程中水分移动规律。
【Abstract】 According to Fick’ s second law,the mathematical models were established to simulate the moisture transfer in the lumber during press drying.After the lumber was steamed for 3 hours at 100℃ and 100% relative humidity,300 mm×100 mm×22 mm P.massoniana lumber was press dried at 180℃ platen temperature, 0.2 MPa platen pressure and 60 seconds respiration interval.The results showed that models could be closely reflected at the moisture transport in P.massoniana lumber during press drying.Except that,the moisture content deviation existed between the experimental value and calculating value at some spots above the fiber situation point of the moisture movement model.
