【Abstract】 This paper makes an analysis of forest rights from the perspective of property rights law.It concludes that the basic attribute of certainty,controllability and scarcity makes forest resources the object of forest rights,which reflects the ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit of forests and helps to realize fully the rights of usufructuary and the sustainable development of forest ecosystem.更多还原
