【Abstract】 In order to establish a system of punishing and preventing corruption,we should set an appropriate location and adhere to correct guiding principles.On the basis of integrity emphases,opening and maneuverability,we can design a logical framework of punishing and preventing corruption in institutes of higher learning in the following six aspects: mechanism of propaganda and education,mechanism of canonical system,mechanism of power supervising,mechanism of punishing,mechanism of appraising and inspecting and mechanism of organizing and leading.更多还原
