pH和硫酸盐浓度对基因工程菌E.coli FBR5发酵木糖的影响

【摘要】 考察了磷酸缓冲液用量和硫酸钠浓度对基因工程菌E.coliFBR5发酵木糖生成乙醇的影响,发现在添加12mL缓冲液的情况下,木糖利用率最高(为96.5%)。10g/L硫酸钠对发酵速度有一定影响,但对最终乙醇浓度影响不大。20g/L硫酸钠对FBR5的生长和乙醇合成都有明显抑制。

【Abstract】 The fermentation of xylose by genetic engineering bacteria E. coli FBR5 could produce ethanol. The effects of pH and Na2SO4 concentration on the fermentation of xylose were investigated. The results indicated that the highest utilization rate of xylose was 96.5 % as 12 mL phosphate buffer was added. The ethanol productivity was decreased by the addition of 10 g/L Na2SO4. The growth of FBR5 and ethanol production were inhibited significantly when the concentration of Na2SO4 was increased to 20 g/L.
