从啤酒废酵母中提取海藻糖的工艺研究

【摘要】 采用以啤酒废酵母为原料,以水作提取剂从废酵母中提取海藻糖,考察用微波破碎细胞后提取、高温处理后提取、煮沸后提取3种方法,研究了不同处理方法下时间、温度以及料液比对海藻糖提取率的影响。比较发现,煮沸提取的工艺方法相对最佳。其最佳条件为:煮沸1h,料液比为1∶2.5。海藻糖提取率为24.92mg/g干酵母。

【Abstract】 Trehalose was extracted by water from waste beer yeast and three methods (microwave disruption, extraction after high temperature treatment, boiling) were investigated under different time, temperature and ratio of material and liquid. The results indicated that boiling was the best of the three methods. The extraction rate of trehalose was 24.92 mg /g dry cells under the optimum technical conditions including boiling 1 h at 1∶2.5 (the ratio of material and liquid).
