气相色谱/质谱法测定酿酒原料小麦中13种农药残留

【摘要】 研究了气相色谱/质谱法测定小麦中13种农药的分析方法。以乙腈为提取剂,采用匀浆机辅助提取小麦中残留的农药,经0.25g ODS-C18+AMINO柱净化,气相色谱/质谱法同时检测小麦中13种农药残留量。在0.02~2.5mg/L添加水平时,添加水平回收率达到73%~90%。并应用选择离子监测(SIM)技术,排除了杂质的干扰,提高了分析的选择性,从而建立了小麦中13种农药残留测定分析的新方法。

【Abstract】 A new method for the measurement of 13 pesticide residual quantity in wheat was developed.Pesticide residue were extracted with actonitrile.Then the extract was cleaned up with a column filled with ODS-C18 and AMINO,and then analyzed by GC-MS.The recovery reached 73 %~90 % as the addition level was 0.02~2.5 mg/L.Besides,SIM technique(selective ion monitoring) was applied for mass scanning to eliminate matrix interference and to enhance the selectivity of the method.
