【Abstract】 Based on the agricultural calamity features, a major study was particularly made in the climatic phenomenon of hailstone, drought, dry hot heat, cold wave, frost, damages resulted and preventive measures, meanwhile an analysis is made in the crop growth characteristics and conditions required. A weather message service platform was established, utilizing SQL data and ASP dynamic website, which proves beneficial to the better service concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers.更多还原
