导电胶的研究进展
Recent progress in conductive adhesives
【摘要】 介绍了导电胶的导电机理,分析了提高导电胶导电性能、接触电阻稳定性以及力学性能的途径。
【Abstract】 The mechanisms of conductivity of conductive adhesives were introduced,and possible methods for property improvement were also analyzed in this article.And it also gives a brief review of the influences of processes on conductivity,contact resistance stability and mechanical properties of isotropically conductive adhesives.
