【摘要】 采用先乳化、后聚合工艺成功合成一种聚合物乳液。该乳液具有自交联性,对双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)膜以及油墨和纸张表面具有良好粘接性,适应辊涂涂布,干燥速度快,可取代传统的甲苯体系复膜胶。复合产品适应模切、裱瓦和压纹。还研究了丙烯酸等单体对产品性能的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using preemulsion and post polymerization a polymer emulsion was synthesized.The emulsion is self-crosslinkable and has good adhesion to BOPP film,printing ink and paper,perfect applying capacity for roll coating and hegh drying rate,so that,the emulsion can replace the tranditional toluene-based laminating adhesive.The laminates obtained with the emulsion are suitable for mould-cutting,backing and embossing.This paper also studied the effect of acrylic acid monomer and other factors on the product properties.更多还原
