混合导体致密膜反应器中高温密封材料的制备及表征

【摘要】 开发了一种适合膜反应器高温密封的陶瓷密封剂,其主要由基料SiO2、填料、固化剂及陶瓷粉组成.通过正交试验法优化了陶瓷密封剂各组分的配比,借助于热膨胀仪及扫描差示量热仪分析了密封剂的热膨胀系数和软化温度.在混合导体透氧膜反应器中考察了密封剂在还原性气氛下的密封性能.结果表明,所制备的陶瓷密封剂用于氧渗透及CH4部分氧化(POM)反应的高温密封时,具有良好的密封效果,膜反应器稳定运行320h后不泄漏.

【Abstract】 A ceramic sealant was developed for the high-temperature sealing in the mixed-conducting membrane reactors.This sealant consisted of SiO2,fillings,solidifying reagent,and ceramic powders.The composition of the sealant was optimized by the orthogonal experiments,and its thermal expansion coefficient and softening temperature were analyzed by the dilatometer and differential scanning calorimeter,respectively.The sealing performance for reducing atmospheres was characterized on the mixed-conducing membrane reactors.The result indicats that the developed sealant has good sealing results for both the oxygen permeation and POM reaction experiments.No leakage took place after membrane reactor steadily runs for 320 h.
