O3浓度升高及温度对麦田土壤酶活性及酚酸类物质含量的影响

【摘要】 近几年来,近地面臭氧浓度快速增加已经对农作物生长发育造成了很大的影响,引起国内外学者的广泛关注。设在沈阳市苏家屯区十里河镇沈阳农业生态系统国家野外站开顶式气室于2006年5月开始运行,本文通过开顶式气室(OTCs)研究了高浓度臭氧(浓度为80nmol·mol-1)对春小麦不同发育时期(拔节期、抽穗期、灌浆期、成熟期)土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和多酚氧化酶及土壤中酚酸类物质含量的影响。结果表明,在臭氧胁迫下土壤过氧化氢酶活性、蔗糖酶和多酚氧化酶活性均在小麦成熟期显著地高于OTCs对照(P<0.05)。经相关分析,O3浓度升高条件下土壤酚类化合物总量与多酚氧化酶活性之间呈显著正相关关系(r=0.625,n=12,P=0.015),这充分说明酶的底物酚酸类物质的积累,导致了土壤多酚氧化酶活性增加。

【Abstract】 In recent years the concentration of O3 was increasing rapidly, which had a great effect on the growth of plant. The research on the impact of O3 on plant has been already a key subject in the field of ecology.O3 pollution induced more seriously adverse effect on plant. The impacts of elevated O3 (80 nmol·mol-1) on soil enzymes activity were studied in OTCs(open top chambers)during the whole growing period of spring wheat at experimental establishment in Shenyang in 2006. The results showed:the activity of soil catalase, polyphenol oxidase and invertase under elevated O3 was higher than the control in OTC at the harvest stage(P<0.05), while at other periods the impacts were small. Phenolic compounds accumulated in the soil when the concentration of O3 was elevated, which affected the activity of soil polyphenol oxidase, showing that the effect of O3 on soil was accumulated for a long time.
