【摘要】 目的探讨对解锁精神病病人家属实施社区护理干预的效果。方法采用个别和集体家庭干预的方法向解锁精神病病人家属宣传精神疾病知识、用药原则,强化家庭健康教育,指导家属多关心安慰病人,家庭成员和睦相处。干预前后对家属进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)和精神病防治知识认知水平测试。结果实施社区护理干预前后,家属SCL-90各因子分和精神病防治知识认知水平各项目比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论社区护理干预减轻了精神病病人家属的心理障碍,改变了他们对精神病病人的态度,提高了应对精神病突发事件的技能,促进了精神病病人的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the dependents of untied chains psychiatric patients. Methods Individual and collective family intervention was used to instruct the dependents of the untied chains psychiatric patients with knowledge of psychiatric diseases, principles for medication, enhance family health education and help the dependents care more about the patients in amity with each other. Before and after intervention, SCL-90 was used to have an investigation and a test on prevention and treatment knowledge of psychiatric diseases were performed on the dependents. Results There were significant differences in all the factors of SCL-90 and prevention and treatment knowledge of psychiatric diseases between pre-intervention and post-intervention. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can alleviate the psychological disorder of their dependents, change their attitude to the patients, enhance the technique to deal with psychiatric emergency and promote the rehabilitation of psychiatric diseases.更多还原
