【摘要】 目的探讨月经对精神病患者病情的影响作用,及时介入护理干预,帮助患者预防精神病复发或症状加重。方法对85例住院女性精神病患者采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)分别在月经期前、月经期、月经期后进行测评。结果月经期与月经期前、期后的BPRS评分比较,其中焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、激活性、敌对猜疑等4个因子分及其总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。月经期前与期后的BPRS评分比较,其焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、激活性等3个因子分及其总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论月经可诱发或加重原有精神病症状,及时实施护理干预,有助于精神病患者控制病情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of menstruation on the disease state of psychotics so as to provide timely intervention and help prevent the relapse or even deterioration of the disease.Methods BPRS was adopted to assess 85 female psychotics before,during and after menstruation.Results In the comparison between intra-menstruation and pre-menstruation,post-menstruation,there were significant differences in 4 factors of BPRS,eg: anxiety,lack of vigor,activation,and hostility and suspicion,as well as BPRS total scores(P<0.001).In the comparisons between pre-menstruation and post-menstruation,there were significant differences in 3 factors of BPRS,eg: anxiety,lack of vigor and activation as well as BPRS total scores(P<0.001).Conclusion Menstruation can induce or even aggravate the psychotic states.Timely intervention helps to contain the state.更多还原
