电力系统无功补偿及电压稳定性研究综述

【摘要】 阐述了国内外电力系统无功电压控制的问题和发展方向、AVC研究现状及电网动态电压稳定的策略;国外二三级电压调控的运行现状、国内几个省网无功平衡和电压控制的研究,以及对无功补偿设备采取的配置原则、调节手段,并提出了几点无功电压调控与管理的相关措施等。

【Abstract】 The development orientation and pendent issues of reactive power voltage control in domestic and oversea power systems, together with the AVC research status and strategy of dynamic voltage stability in power network, are expatiated. The operative status of oversea second and third rank voltage regulations and controls, researches of reactive power balance and voltage control in several domestic provinces, configuration principle and regulation means of reactive power compensation devices are summarized. Relevant measures of reactive power voltage management, regulation and control are brought forward.
