火龙果的营养保健功能与加工利用
About Nutrition Health Function and Processing of Pitaya
【摘要】 介绍了火龙果的养营成分、保健功能,以及其制品的加工工艺。
【Abstract】 Pitaya is a kind of green and health food without any poisonous and contamination,possess nutrition components and health function. This paper mainly introduced nutritious ingredients and health-care function of pitaya,as well as the processing technology of its products.
