超声波提取羊肚菌菌丝体多糖的研究
Study on the Ultrasonic Extraction of Polysaccharides from Morchella Hyphostroma
【摘要】 以液体深层发酵培养的羊肚菌新鲜菌丝体为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交试验研究了羊肚菌多糖超声波提取的最佳方法,确定的优化条件为:提取时间为20min,料液比为1∶10,超声波功率为960W,提取次数为2次,样品中的羊肚菌多糖提取率为1.14%。
【Abstract】 The ultrasound extraction of morchella hyphostroma polysaccharides was studied using single factor and orthogonal method. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: the time of 20 min,liquid-solid ratio of 1 g∶10 mL,extraction frequency of 2,ultrasound power of 960 W. The yield of the crude morchella polysaccharides extraction ratio was 1.14%.
