开放式线切割数控系统关键技术研究
Research on Key Technology of Open Architecture Wire-electrode Cutting Numerical Control System
【摘要】 线切割数控系统采用开放体系结构能显著提升其性能,比较分析了开放式线切割数控系统的体系结构模式和系统平台,并结合实际研究工作对开放式线切割数控系统开发过程中的多线程编程、加工轨迹三维图形构建、实时控制等关键技术进行了深入的研究。
【Abstract】 Wire-electrode cutting numerical control system adopting open architecture can elevate its capability remarkably,this paper analyzed the construct pattern and system platform of open architecture wire-electrode cutting numerical control system,and researched multithreading technology、three-dimension graph construct technology and real-time control technology in the process of developing system based on study.
