【摘要】 为了探讨乌鳢、草鱼、鲫鱼脑垂体的组织学结构,选用H.E.染色法、Mallory-Heidenhain-Azan染色法、组织学和体视学方法研究乌鳢、草鱼、鲫鱼脑垂体的形态结构和分泌细胞的分布。结果表明:(1)乌鳢脑垂体的形态结构为前后型、草鱼和鲫鱼脑垂体的形态结构为背腹型。(2)经体视学测算,每种鱼在垂体前外侧部、垂体中外侧部和垂体中间部中的嗜酸(碱)性细胞的体积密度和数密度均有极显著差异,表明这三种鱼的脑垂体在垂体前外侧部、垂体中外侧部和垂体中间部中嗜酸(碱)性细胞的分布不均匀。另外在不同鱼种之间,垂体前外侧部、垂体中外侧部或垂体中间部中的嗜酸(碱)性细胞的体积密度和数密度也有极显著差异,表明由于鱼种不同,在垂体前外侧部、垂体中外侧部或垂体中间部的嗜酸(碱)性细胞的分布有较大差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pituitary of mullet、grass carp and crucian were analyzed by histology and stereology to study its morphological structure and the distribution of various secretory cells.The results showed that : 1)The pituitary of mullet morphological structure was front-back style,while the pituitary of grass carp and crucian morphology-ical structure were dorsoventral style.The mullet,grass carp and crucian are composed of neurohypophysis and adenohypophysis that is divided into rostral pars distalis(RPD),proximal pars distalis(PPD) and pars intermedia(PI);2) According to stereology analysis,there was a significant difference between the volume density and the numerical density of the acidocyte(basophilie) which is in the RPD、PPD and PI of mullet pituitary.So did grass carp and crucian.It indicate that the distribution of the acidocyte(basophilie) which is in the RPD、PPD and PI of these three kinds of fish is not even.In addition,among these three different kinds of fish’pituitary,there is also a dramatic difference between the volume density and the numerical density of the acidocyte(basophilie) which is in the RPD、PPD or PI.There is a difference between the distribution of the acidocyte(basophilie) which is in the RPD、PPD or PI of these three kinds of fish.更多还原
