外源Ca2+对喜钙和嫌钙植物POD活性的影响
Effect of external calcium on POD activity of calciphile and calcifuge
【摘要】 以喀斯特喜钙植物云贵鹅耳枥和嫌钙植物油茶的一年生幼苗为材料,研究了不同外源钙离子浓度对其POD活性的影响。结果表明,虽然云贵鹅耳枥的POD活性远高于油茶,但外源Ca2+处理可提高云贵鹅耳枥和油茶的POD活性。当外源Ca2+浓度低于20mmol/L时,两个树种的POD活性随着时间的延长不断提高。当外源Ca2+浓度高于20mmol/L后,两个树种的POD活性变化出现显著差异。其中,云贵鹅耳枥的POD活性在处理第二天达到最高值,随后逐步下降,而油茶则保持上升趋势。
【Abstract】 This article studied the difference of POD activities between Carpinus pubescens,a calciphile,and Camellia oleifera Abel,a calcifuge,while they were treated by external Ca2+.The results showed that Ca2+ can increased POD activities of both plants although Carpinus pubescens had remarkably higher POD activity.In addition,increasing Ca2+ concentration gradually improved POD activity of Camellia oleifera,while 20mmol/L of Ca2+ concentration decreased POD activity of Carpinus pubescens after two days of treatment.
